Sales Development Specialist (gn) DACH

Full-time | permanent | Location: Barcelona

Responsibilities

  • Acquire & inspire customers: You identify new business opportunities in the DACH market and proactively approach potential customers – with a real sense for their challenges and goals. You convince with digital solutions that create real added value.
  • Build & expand relationships: You build sustainable relationships with your customers – from the first contact to long-term collaboration. You understand their needs and develop individual strategies to grow together.
  • Think & act strategically: You analyze market and customer data, recognize trends, and develop targeted sales campaigns. This keeps your pipeline moving and ensures measurable success.
  • Sell solutions, not just products: You are more than a salesperson: you are a sparring partner for your customers. You understand their challenges and show how our digital services can truly help them – even beyond the contract conclusion.
  • Achieve goals with the team: You work closely with colleagues from various departments to develop and implement the best solutions. You contribute your ideas and constantly learn.

What we need to see from you

Knowledge and Skills

  • Sales experience & drive: You already have experience in B2B sales – ideally in proactive, solution-oriented sales. You love acquiring new customers, recognizing opportunities, and making a real impact with your commitment.
  • Communication talent: You can inspire people, convince with clear language, and get your points across – whether in conversation with customers or in a team. You conduct negotiations confidently and with tact.
  • Technology curiosity: You don't have to be an IT professional – but you are interested in digital solutions and want to understand how they truly help companies. You enjoy learning and asking the right questions.
  • Team spirit & self-initiative: You enjoy working with others, actively contributing, and taking responsibility. You are open to new perspectives and willing to grow beyond yourself.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken. This allows you to work successfully with customers and colleagues from different countries.
