Job Summary

This role involves commercial development of Oracle ERP offerings (E-Business Suite, ERP Cloud) within a dynamic and growing environment. The Sales Specialist will manage an existing client portfolio and prospects, leveraging Talan's expert consultants and network. Key responsibilities include implementing the Oracle ERP commercial strategy, identifying and developing new accounts, acting as the commercial reference for the Oracle ecosystem, and leading pre-sales phases.

Must Have

  • Implement Oracle ERP commercial strategy

  • Propose improvements for proposals to delivery and management teams
  • Identify and develop contact and decision-maker matrix

  • Higher education (business school, engineering, or equivalent)
  • At least 7 years of successful experience in selling Oracle ERP solutions (EBS, Cloud) within an ESN or consulting firm
  • Mastery of Oracle product components, licenses, positioning, and market knowledge

The Cloud & Application Services Business Unit

Our Cloud & Application Services BU supports companies in the integration and optimization of cutting-edge software solutions. We work with the largest publishers on the market, such as Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce, and serve a diverse range of clients (large groups, mid-sized companies, various sectors). Our strong and experienced Oracle team is established throughout France and benefits from a strong reputation.

Your playground

Strong from its GOLD partnership with Oracle, Talan is a major player in Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions in France.

You will be dedicated to the commercial development of the Oracle ERP offering (E-Business Suite, ERP Cloud) within a dynamic, innovative, and rapidly growing environment. You will address a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, with the possibility of relying on a team of expert consultants and Talan's network.

Your missions

  • Participate in implementing the Oracle ERP commercial strategy in conjunction with management and operational teams.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts, while retaining existing clients by leveraging our many current clients.
  • Be the commercial reference for the entire Oracle ecosystem (products, licenses, positioning, market).
  • Be proactive with delivery and management teams to enhance the quality and maintain a high level of requirement in the drafting and submission of proposals.
  • Identify and develop the matrix of contacts and decision-makers to support our clients, in line with our strategy and our offer catalog.
  • Be a true orchestrator of pre-sales phases.
  • Monitor business financially from the beginning to the end of the process.

Qualifications

Desired profile

  • Higher education (business school, engineering, or equivalent).
  • Successful experience of at least 7 years in selling Oracle ERP solutions (EBS, Cloud), ideally within an ESN or a consulting firm.
  • Mastery of Oracle product components, licenses, positioning, and market knowledge.
  • Possessing an IT and business network is a plus.
  • Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, autonomy, and team spirit.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
  • Occasional national mobility.
