Functional Finance ERP Consultant Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Cloud M/F

Talan is seeking Functional Finance ERP Consultants for Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud solutions to support its growth. The role involves collaborating on all project phases from framing to go-live, analyzing functional needs, conducting design workshops, and providing expertise in Oracle ERP processes. Candidates should have experience in areas like general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance, management control, and fixed assets, with strong analytical and communication skills. Various experience levels, from experienced to manager, are sought.

Must Have

• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud ERP modules (GL, AP, PO, AR, Finance, Management Control, FA)
• Proven experience in implementing ERP processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open-mindedness and willingness to share knowledge
• BAC+5 degree (business, engineering, or university)

Good to Have

• Technical knowledge (SQL, Oracle ERP data model)

Job Description

To support its strong growth and the development of its activities, we are looking for several Functional Consultants for Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions. The scope of our current projects and new client acquisitions leads us to seek all types of profiles:

• Experienced consultants (up to 5 years of ERP experience)
• Senior consultants (more than 5 years)
• Consultant Managers

The candidates' business dimension and good analytical skills are important assets to support our clients in their IT transformation projects.

Within the constantly growing ERP division, now composed of over 100 consultants, you will be involved in the following functions:

• Collaboration on functional topics concerning all project phases (framing, design, implementation, go-live);
• Analysis of existing processes and functional needs;
• Conducting design and configuration workshops;
• Providing expertise in application processes according to the publisher's best practices and standards;
• Formalizing, implementing, and optimizing the implementation and configuration of their processes in the Oracle R12/Cloud ERP solution;
• Developing and implementing functional and integration test plans;
• Assisting users in the qualification steps;
• Training key/end-users;
• Drafting client deliverables (specifications, training plans, BR100, etc.);
• Participation in our responses to calls for tenders;

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university education), you have initial experience acquired in an equivalent position, and you have recognized expertise in one or more of the following application areas (modules):

• General accounting (GL)
• Accounts payable (AP and PO)
• Accounts receivable (AR)
• Finance
• Management control
• Fixed assets (FA)

In addition to proven experience in implementing these processes in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud ERP; you also have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Open-mindedness focused on sharing skills and knowledge;
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Oracle ERP data model, etc.) would be a plus.
