Talan Solutions is seeking experienced Finance Business Consultants to drive financial transformation projects. Responsibilities include acting as a key client contact, benchmarking solutions, reengineering processes, modeling, parameterization, and managing project ownership for ERP deployments. Candidates should have strong expertise in finance, management control, and SI, with experience in fiscal dematerialization or EPM solutions. Managers will also lead missions and develop team skills.

Must Have

• Be the privileged interlocutor for client Finance Departments and business referents
• Conduct benchmarks of editor solutions to assist clients in choosing their target solution
• Provide expertise in process reengineering
• Ensure process modeling and participate in parameterization work
• Facilitate the relationship between project ownership and project management, and design workshops
• Collect client needs and draft specifications
• Ensure compliance with client needs and requirements during design phases
• Prepare and support users during testing phases
• Ensure regulatory watch on governmental requirements impacting client processes and tools
• Provide financial project ownership services for ERP deployment projects
• For managers: Supervise missions within transformation projects and manage consultants
• At least 7 years of experience in a Financial and Management Control Department with a strong interest in SI, or active participation in a successful transformation project (ERP deployment, organizational transformation)
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm as a project manager, functional or technico-functional consultant in Finance / Management
• Proficiency in fiscal invoice dematerialization and experience with solutions like Basware, Esker, Itesoft, Cegedim
• Proficiency in budget elaboration and control topics and experience with EPM solutions, especially Oracle Cloud EPM

Job Description

Talan Solutions offers pragmatic and expert support to its clients' financial and accounting teams, through a keen understanding of their needs, an ability to challenge their processes, and consistency between business challenges and ERP/EPM implementation expertise.

To support the growth and development of our Finance Transformation offering, we are looking for Finance Business Consultants who will leverage their skills by carrying out the following missions:

• Be the privileged interlocutor for client Finance Departments and business referents.
• Conduct benchmarks of editor solutions to assist our clients in choosing their target solution.
• Provide your expertise and experience in the reengineering of their processes.
• Ensure the modeling of these processes, participate in parameterization work.
• Facilitate the relationship between project ownership / project management, and design workshops.
• Collect client needs and draft specifications / general specifications.
• Ensure compliance with client needs and requirements during design phases.
• Prepare and support users during testing phases.
• Ensure regulatory watch on governmental requirements directly impacting our clients' processes and tools.
• More broadly, provide financial project ownership services for ERP deployment projects.

In a management position:

• Supervise missions within transformation projects.
• Manage consultants and get involved in the development of their skills.

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university degree), you recognize yourself in one of the following profiles:

• You have at least 7 years of experience within a Financial and Management Control Department, you have a strong appetite for SI, or you have actively participated in a successful Transformation project (ERP deployment, organizational transformation).
• You have at least 5 years of experience within a consulting firm as a project manager, functional or technico-functional consultant in the Finance / Management domain and wish to devote more energy to the business dimension of your expertise.
• You master the field of fiscal invoice dematerialization and have already deployed solutions such as Basware, Esker, Itesoft, Cegedim....
• You master budget elaboration and control topics and have already deployed EPM solutions, notably Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Project management experience is desired for candidates with a Manager profile.
