Talan, an international consulting and technology group, is seeking experienced Technical-Functional Consultants for ERP Oracle R12 and/or Cloud solutions. The role involves analyzing functional needs, writing technical specifications, developing and testing specific functionalities (interfaces, reporting, customizations, extensions), assisting with user acceptance, and providing user support for SI projects. Candidates should possess strong technical and business knowledge in finance and/or supply chain modules, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementation.

Must Have

• Analyze and consider functional needs.
• Write technical specifications.
• Write and execute test scenarios.
• Analyze and develop specific functionalities (Interface, Reporting, Customization, Extension) on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Assist with user acceptance testing.
• Support users during qualification stages.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, Shell, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Web Services, Talend (ETL and ESB).
• Knowledge of one or more functional domains (finance, purchasing, sales, logistics, manufacturing, planning).
• At least 2 years of experience in technical-functional roles on Oracle ERP projects.

Good to Have

• Technical skills on Oracle PaaS, such as OIC or Oracle APEX.

Job Description

Strong in its partnership with Oracle, Talan is a key player in the Oracle Cloud ERP solutions offering. This position, our future and ongoing projects lead us to increase our workforce with varied profiles. Talan is present at major Oracle world events.

To support the development of our activities, we are looking for several experienced Technical-Functional Consultants for ERP Oracle R12 and/or Cloud. The ideal candidate possesses technical knowledge and a business approach (on finance and/or supply chain modules) combined with good analytical skills, which they have implemented and developed through experiences in implementing Oracle R12 and/or Cloud ERP solutions.

Within the ERP team, you will be involved in the following functions:

Carry out missions, on the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle ERP Cloud software package, as part of SI projects for our clients, particularly around their technical-functional issues:

• Analysis and consideration of functional needs;
• Writing technical specifications;
• Writing and executing test scenarios;
• Analysis and development of specific functionalities (Interface, Reporting, Customization, and Extension) on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle ERP Cloud;
• Assistance with user acceptance testing;
• User support during qualification stages;
• Participate in the development of new opportunities, particularly in the cloud;
• Participate in the preservation and improvement of a human, professional, and quality environment within the teams.

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university degree), you have at least 2 years of experience on projects in a technical-functional role, having contributed to the different phases of definition and implementation of Oracle ERP projects.

You have:

• Technical knowledge (PL/SQL, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, Shell, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, web services exchanges, Talend (ETL and ESB)...);
• Knowledge of one or more functional domains (finance, purchasing, sales, logistics, manufacturing, planning, etc.);
• You favor teamwork;
• Technical skills on Oracle PaaS, for example on OIC or Oracle APEX, would be a plus.
