Sopra Steria is seeking a Salesforce Consultant in Gothenburg to enhance their Salesforce team. The role involves strategic consulting and technical implementation to optimize client business processes using the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include solution design, implementing and configuring Salesforce applications like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, automating processes with Flow Builder, leading workshops, and advising clients on leveraging Salesforce for business value. Candidates should have 3-5 years of Salesforce experience and familiarity with new technologies such as Generative AI.

Must Have

• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, especially Flow Builder and low-code automation.
• Experience with new technologies like Generative AI and integration solutions.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to act as an advisor, understand customer needs, and translate them into value-creating solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI functionality, preferably demonstrated through the AI Specialist certification.

We are looking for you with solid experience in Salesforce who can work with both strategic consulting and practical configuration. The role suits you who have experience in supporting customers in designing and implementing solutions that optimize business processes. You keep up to date with new opportunities in the Salesforce platform and enjoy testing the latest technology.

In this role, you will:

• Work with solution design and implementation of Salesforce projects, including new features and optimization of existing solutions.
• Implement and configure Salesforce applications, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Automate processes with tools like Salesforce Flow Builder and other low-code solutions.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering with customers.
• Provide advice on how Salesforce can be used to create business value.
• Participate in projects with new technologies such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce, including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration.
