SWE - AM - Plant Technician for Örebro/Eskilstuna

Ambius, part of Rentokil Initial, is seeking a Plant Technician for Örebro/Eskilstuna. This full-time role involves independently servicing clients in the Örebro area, maintaining plants and interior landscaping to create productive work environments. The position requires a passion for service, a genuine interest in plants, problem-solving skills, and a B driving license. You will work from home but belong to the Örebro office, with a company car provided. Internal training is offered, and the company values employee well-being and development.

About the role

The work as a plant technician is independent, agile, and varied. You will be responsible for the service to your customers in Örebro and the surrounding area and will belong to our office in Örebro.

As a plant technician, you work based on a basic plan that you help set up with support from your immediate supervisor, and a large part of the working time you are the sole representative for Ambius in our customer's environment. Training/education takes place internally. For this work, we wish that you have a great interest in plants and preferably previous experience.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, and working hours are 07-16. Salary according to collective agreement. You will work from home. You will have access to a company car (service vehicle) that is used for work.

Requirements Specification

We see that you are a service-minded person and passionate about serving our customers, as interaction with our customers is a natural part of our service. You should also have a genuine interest in plants and interior design. You are a natural problem solver and like to plan your days independently. You have previous experience in service, preferably from previous work in, for example, hotels, restaurants, or as a receptionist. We place great importance on your ability to build trust with our customers. You are presentable, energetic, happy, and outgoing towards both colleagues and customers.

Some of the tasks can be physically demanding, and it is therefore important that you are in good physical health. Since you will be exposed to dust, pollen, and mites, it is also not a suitable workplace for an allergic person.

For the position, you must have a B driving license and good driving experience. Good local knowledge is an advantage for both you and us.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. As English is our group language, good knowledge of that language is also meritorious.
