As a Shop Assistant, you will focus on customer experience, guiding and advising each unique Rituals customer to the right products. You will collaborate with your team to achieve store goals, ensure a 'Best in Class' shopping experience, maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and follow safety procedures. You will also have opportunities for growth and training.

As our new shop assistant, everything for you revolves around customer experience. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide and advise everyone to the right products that meet their needs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • working closely with your team, the store manager and assistant store manager to achieve your own goals and those of the store;
  • connecting with our customers and ensuring a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
  • ensuring that the store is always spick and span according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to Rituals' visual merchandising guidelines;
  • following safety procedures in the store.
