Job Summary

Enpal aims to put a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage by making solar energy simple. They rent solar systems, electricity storage, and wall boxes with an all-inclusive tariff, complemented by a green electricity tariff, all intelligently networked. As a Customer Advisor, you will guide customers through their journey, handle inquiries and concerns independently, manage sensitive data, act as an interface between departments, solve problems creatively, and support process improvement.
