The Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for the initial investigation and evaluation of incidents generated by radio communication system monitoring systems (Astro 25 and DIMETRA), operating 24/7/365. Serving primarily public safety clients, priority resolution is a daily necessity. The NOC agent evaluates potential failures, determines steps to restore radio communication service, differentiates between minor and serious outages, and contacts necessary teams. They also validate the restoration of normal operations. Department Overview
The Operations Center is responsible for the initial investigation and evaluation of incidents generated by the radio communication system status monitoring systems (Astro 25 and DIMETRA). We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our clients are mainly public safety systems, so priority resolution is a daily necessity.

Job Description
The NOC agent must evaluate possible failures and determine the necessary steps to restore radio communication service to clients. They must differentiate between minor transient problems and more serious outages affecting the client, and will be responsible for contacting the necessary teams to normalize services. NOC agents are also responsible for validating the restoration of normal operation once the restoration is complete.
The work is carried out in rotating day and night shifts and works from our offices in Las Condes and Zenteno.
Basic Requirements
Verifiable training in the area of information technology or a related career.
