Sopra Steria, a proud Salesforce Summit Partner, is seeking Salesforce Consultants in Stockholm. This role combines strategic consulting with technical implementation to optimize customer business processes using the latest Salesforce technologies. You will work with solution design, configure Salesforce applications like Sales and Service Cloud, automate processes with Flow Builder, and advise clients on leveraging Salesforce for business value. The position requires 3-5 years of Salesforce experience and proficiency in new technologies like Generative AI and integration solutions.

Must Have

• Work with solution design and implementation of Salesforce projects
• Implement and configure Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Automate processes with Salesforce Flow Builder and low-code solutions
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from customers
• Advise on how Salesforce can be used to create business value
• Participate in projects with new technologies (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience (requirements analysis, solution design, configuration)
• Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, low-code automation)
• Experience with Generative AI and integration solutions
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, project management, and agile methodologies
• Ability to act as an advisor, understand customer needs, and translate them into value-creating solutions
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)

In this role, you will:

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI functionality, preferably demonstrated through the AI Specialist certification.
