Must Have

• Independent customer consulting in property insurance (e.g., household, residential building, legal protection, pet health insurance).
• Prompt and solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Individual and needs-based offer creation for insurance products.
• Responsibility for decision-making processes and diligent data maintenance in the insurance database.
• Active participation in consulting projects and shaping digital insurance services.
• Successfully completed training as an insurance salesman/woman, IHK-certified insurance specialist, or bank clerk.
• Practical experience in insurance consulting, customer service, or insurance sales.
• Customer-focused, communicative, engaged, reliable, responsible, and systematic.
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) with a friendly and professional expression.
