As our new shop assistant, everything revolves around customer experience. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide and advise everyone to the right products that meet their needs.
Other responsibilities are:
- working closely with your team, the store manager and assistant store manager to achieve your own goals and those of the store;
- connecting with our customers and ensuring a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
- ensuring that the store is always spick and span according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to Rituals' visual merchandising guidelines;
- following safety procedures in the store.
