Job Summary
To support its development, EOS France is strengthening its Over-indebtedness Recovery team, specializing in the processing and recovery of over-indebtedness cases. The team manages client files in over-indebtedness procedures with the Banque de France, ensuring the monitoring and proper execution of measures. The Manager will lead a team of about ten advisors, guaranteeing objective achievement, monitoring performance indicators, organizing activities, and providing daily coaching. They will also manage a client portfolio, interacting with clients and partners to ensure compliance with Banque de France measures.
Must Have
- Manage a team of approximately ten advisors.
- Ensure achievement of recovery objectives.

- Hold a Bac+2 degree or higher.

Job Description
To support our development, we are strengthening the Over-indebtedness Recovery team, specialized in the processing and recovery of files in over-indebtedness procedures.
Within the Operations Department, the team manages client files in over-indebtedness procedures with the Banque de France. The team ensures the monitoring and proper execution of the measures set by the Banque de France.
Under the direction of the Activity Manager, the Over-indebtedness Recovery Manager supervises a team of about ten advisors.
Their missions:
Team Management:
- Guarantee the achievement of objectives on processed files
- Compile and monitor performance indicators (team, individual)
- Pilot the organization of the activity (sizing, planning, organization of call campaigns, task monitoring, etc.)
- Monitor real-time indicators on the supervision software: call pick-up rate, collection...
- Produce weekly & monthly activity reports (Meetings, briefs, individual points...)
- Support and animate their team daily (regular coaching, action plan & its follow-up, skill development...)
- Identify and report training needs to the internal training team
- Propose solutions, improvements, and optimizations for their activity
- Be the relay for Company decisions
- Work with the Banque de France teams from other sites
- Work in tandem with the administrative pole manager
Client portfolio management:
- Intervene with clients to ensure the monitoring and proper execution of measures set by the Banque de France.
- Interact with client-partners (COPIL, performance analysis) as well as with our subcontractor
Qualifications
- Degree: Bac+2 or higher
- Experience: 2/3 years of experience required, excluding internships, in management within a team of about ten employees imperatively.
- Salary according to profile: gross fixed salary + attractive collective and individual bonuses
- Permanent contract (CDI)
