Septeo Solutions Avocats is seeking a Business Law Legal Counsel / Legal Model Editor (M/F) for a permanent contract in Montpellier (Lattes). The role involves designing and adapting legal templates for clients' software, conducting active legal monitoring, modifying existing templates based on reforms, analyzing client feedback, collaborating with the development team, and producing legal content such as articles, case comments, and educational materials.

Must Have

What we can achieve together: Within a team of 5 people, your role will be to design and adapt our clients' legal templates to the software. After an integration and training period, your main missions will be: * Design and draft legal act models by codification * Perform active monitoring and anticipate all legal changes that may impact the content of the acts * Modify existing templates based on reforms and current legislation * Listen to and analyze client feedback * Collaborate with the development team to optimize our tools * Produce legal content such as: articles (L'EXCLU legal magazine), case comments, video scripts, educational content. # Qualifications What if it was you? * You have a higher education (minimum Bac+4) in Business Law and successful experience within a law firm / accounting firm or as an in-house legal counsel. * You have already managed a portfolio of companies (legal secretariat, current and exceptional operations). * You have excellent drafting skills and an analytical mind. * A good command of office tools (especially Word).
