Functional Consultant Supply Chain Oracle E-Business Suite and/or ERP Cloud - M/F

Talan, an international consulting and technology expertise group, is seeking experienced Functional Consultants in Supply Chain Oracle ERP (EBS R12 and/or Cloud). The role involves collaborating on functional aspects throughout project lifecycles, analyzing existing processes, conducting design workshops, and providing expertise in Oracle ERP solutions. Candidates will implement and configure processes, develop test plans, assist users, and provide training. This position is crucial for supporting Talan's growth as a major Oracle solutions partner in France and internationally, working with clients across various sectors.

Must Have

• BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university)
• First experience in an equivalent position
• Recognized expertise in one or more of: Technical data management, Industrial planning (PIC, PDP, MRP), Costing, Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory and warehouse management, Customer order management (PTO, CTO, ETO), Preparation and shipping flows, Integration of logistics flows with accounting
• Proven experience implementing these processes in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud ERP
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse functional and technical people
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open-mindedness for sharing skills and knowledge
• Professional English, especially for Supply Chain vocabulary

Good to Have

• Knowledge of other market solutions (TMS, WMS, MES, Scheduling)
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Oracle ERP data model)

Job Description

Strong with its GOLD partnership with Oracle, Talan is a major player around Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions, both in France and internationally. This position, our future and ongoing projects, lead us to increase our workforce with varied profiles.

To support the development of our activities, we are looking for several experienced Functional Consultants in Supply Chain ERP Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud. The ideal candidate knows the processes related to Supply Chain and has proven experience in implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud ERP solutions. They assist our clients in implementing and optimizing their Oracle On Premise / Cloud ERP solution.

Within the ERP team, you will be involved in the following functions:

• Collaboration on functional topics concerning the solution throughout projects (scoping, design, realization, implementation, go live);
• Analysis of existing processes and functional needs;
• Conducting design and configuration workshops;
• Providing expertise in application processes according to the best practices and standards of the publisher;
• Formalizing, carrying out, and optimizing the implementation and configuration of processes in the Oracle R12/Cloud ERP solution
• Development and execution of functional and integration test plans;
• Assistance to users in the qualification stages;
• Training of key/end users;
• Writing client deliverables (Scoping documents, specifications, training plans, BR100…);
• Participation in our responses to calls for tenders.

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university), you have a first experience acquired in an equivalent position, and you have recognized expertise in one or more of the following application areas:

• Technical data management
• Industrial planning (PIC, PDP, MRP)
• Costing
• Sourcing and Procurement
• Inventory and warehouse management
• Customer order management in PTO, CTO, ETO
• Preparation and shipping flows
• Integration of logistics flows with accounting…

In addition to proven experience in implementing these processes in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud ERP; you have:

• An ability to work in a team and collaborate with people from various functional and technical domains;
• Skills in analysis and problem-solving;
• An open mind focused on sharing skills and knowledge;
• Professional English is mandatory, especially for Supply Chain vocabulary;
• Knowledge of other market solutions including TMS, WMS, MES, Scheduling is a plus to be proactive with our industrial, Telco, Retailer clients;
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Oracle ERP data model…) would be a plus.
