Job Summary

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians in a shift environment, overseeing and optimizing curative and preventive maintenance. This role involves organizing interventions, monitoring indicators, implementing continuous improvement actions, and managing the CMMS (CARL or equivalent). The manager will also coordinate with production teams to ensure line availability and ensure compliance with HSE rules, safety culture, and regulatory conformity of equipment.

Must Have

  • Higher education in maintenance, electrotechnics or automation
  • Confirmed experience in proximity management in a demanding industrial environment
  • Good knowledge of electromechanical and automated equipment
  • Proficiency in CMMS tools and continuous improvement methodology
  • Strong safety culture, especially on machines and in a production environment

Good to Have

  • Operational leadership, ability to unite and develop teams
  • Rigor, organization, field sense
  • Ability to delegate and structure effective intermediate management

Qualifications

The profile we are looking for 🔎

Coming from higher education in maintenance, electrotechnics or automation, you have:

  • Confirmed experience in proximity management in a demanding industrial environment (agri-food, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of electromechanical and automated equipment
  • Proficiency in CMMS tools and continuous improvement methodology
  • A strong safety culture, particularly on machines and in a production environment
