Job Summary

Under the responsibility of the Communication Manager and the Director of Development and Communication, your mission will be to contribute to the visibility and image of our organization through various media and channels. Your main missions include: Web: updating and evolving our 6 websites and the web directory under WordPress, updating all Google My Business listings. Print: creating internal and patient communication materials using InDesign or Illustrator. Corporate: organizing institutional internal communication events.

Must Have

  • Contribute to the visibility and image of the organization

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in communication
  • Communication school background with web specialization
  • Graphic design skills and mastery of creative tools (InDesign)
  • Very good command of WordPress
  • Good level in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator/Premiere
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of emailing tools like Brevo
  • Mastery of social media platforms and writing codes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Communication Manager and the Director of Development and Communication, your mission will be to contribute to the visibility and image of our organization through various media and channels.

Your main missions:

  • Web: updating and evolving our 6 websites and the web directory under WordPress. Updating all Google My Business listings.
  • Print: creation of internal and patient communication materials, using Indesign or Illustrator software. Proficiency in social media would be a plus, as would a video approach.
  • Corporate: organization of institutional internal communication events (medal ceremonies, strategic seminar, Fête de la Musique).

Qualifications

Required skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years minimum
  • Education: Communication school with web specialization. Graphic design skills and mastery of creative tools (especially InDesign)
  • Personal qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, attention to detail. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously - versatile position

Software and tools

  • CMS: Very good command of WordPress
  • Adobe Suite: Good level in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator/Premiere
  • Office Pack: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Emailing: Knowledge of tools like Brevo
  • Social networks: Mastery of platforms and writing codes
  • Additional asset: Experience with Powtoon
