Job Summary
Become a Banquet Manager M/F at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel! Reporting to the F&B Manager within a human-sized team, your main role will be to lead the banqueting service by supervising the team, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient organization and optimal resource management.
Must Have
- Manage and coordinate the banqueting team (recruitment, integration, training, scheduling, skill development, annual reviews).
- Supervise service operations in accordance with procedures and brand standards, supporting Event Managers.
- Manage and organize the service: operational management, resource management, collaborate with the Executive Chef on consumed merchandise ratio, optimize stock, and guarantee inventory.
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in large-capacity catering.
- Recognized for leadership, charisma, and managerial skills, exemplary.
- Excellent relational qualities, strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organized, able to prioritize emergencies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and communicates a positive vision in a constantly evolving environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Exemplary demandingness and rigor.

Become Banquet Manager M/F at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel!
Reporting to the F&B Manager and within a human-sized team, your main role will be to lead the banqueting service by supervising the team, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient organization and optimal resource management!
Your missions:
- Management and coordination of the banqueting team: recruitment, integration and continuous training, schedule management, skill development, conducting annual appraisals, etc.
- Operational supervision of the service in accordance with procedures and brand standards: you will be involved in building the file in support with other hotel services, particularly the Event Managers.
- Management and organization of your service: operational management, management of Operational Resources, reflection with the Executive Chef on the Consumed Merchandise ratio, stock optimization, and inventory guarantee, etc.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in large-capacity catering, ideally.
- You are recognized for your leadership, charisma, and managerial skills and are exemplary.
- You possess excellent relational qualities, are strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organized, you will know how to prioritize emergencies.
- Capable of adaptability, you are proactive and communicate a positive vision of your constantly evolving environment.
- You speak fluent English and ideally another language.
- Exemplary demandingness and rigor will be essential to fully succeed in this position.
