Functional ERP Oracle Business Suite/Cloud Manager/Stream Leader M/F

Talan, a GOLD partner with Oracle, is seeking a Functional ERP Oracle Business Suite/Cloud Manager/Stream Leader. This role involves leading a functional team, ensuring project quality and compliance, and contributing to business development. Candidates should have strong experience in implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud, particularly in finance or supply chain domains, along with team management and communication skills. The position requires a BAC+5 degree and at least 5 years of experience in similar projects.

Must Have

• Strong experience in implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud
• Experience in finance (general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management control, fixed assets) OR supply chain (technical data, industrial planning, costing, sourcing, inventory, warehouse, order management, logistics integration)
• Team management skills
• Communication skills
• Project management skills (planning, monitoring)
• BAC+5 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in similar projects

Good to Have

• Experience as a functional architect for ERP solutions (defining business processes, ensuring system consistency, verifying flexibility and scalability)

Job Description

Strong in its GOLD partnership with Oracle, Talan is a major player in Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions, both in France and internationally. This position, our future and ongoing projects lead us to increase our workforce with varied profiles.

You have strong experience in implementing ERP EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud in one or more areas of accounting/finance, as well as team management and communication skills.

Within the ERP team, you will bring your expertise to the following functions:

• Carrying out missions in conjunction with the business departments and IT departments of our clients as part of their transformations;
• Supervising a functional team and developing it on a project or set of projects: coordinating the activities and tasks of each;
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables with client requirements and needs in collaboration with all stakeholders;
• Project monitoring, reporting of any problems, and proposing solutions;
• Contributing to the development of employee skills;
• Participating in commercial actions and pre-sales files;
• Developing your sectoral expertise applied to Oracle ERP (EBS and Cloud) and sharing it within our communities;
• Developing the Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud offering.

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university education), you have solid experience of at least 5 years acquired on several Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud implementation projects, or in a similar position.

You benefit from recognized expertise in several of the following areas, by profile:

• Finance: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management control, fixed assets
• Supply: Technical data management, Industrial planning (PIC, PDP, MRP), Costing, Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory and warehouse management, Customer order management in PTO, CTO, ETO, Preparation and shipping flows, Integration of logistics flows with accounting…

Experience as a functional architect around ERP solutions would be a plus:

• Definition of business processes and flows to ensure the system is efficient;
• Preserving consistency between the different components of the system and compatibility with current and future standards and regulations;
• Verification of the system's flexibility and evolution capabilities.

• Project management skills, planning, project monitoring…;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and project stakeholders;
• Ability to manage and motivate a team;
• An open mind focused on sharing skills and knowledge.
