Oracle E-Business Suite and/or ERP Cloud Functional Consultant - M/F

Talan is seeking Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud Functional Consultants to support its growth. The roles involve leading and executing missions for clients' business and IT departments, focusing on transformation projects. Candidates should have expertise in areas like Finance, Accounting, Budget Management, and Production Planning. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process optimization, user support, client relationship management, and team development. The position requires a strong business understanding and analytical skills.

Must Have

• Experience of at least 2 years on Oracle ERP projects in an AMOA/MOE role
• Successful experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions
• Mastery of one or more domains: Finance, Accounting and Management, Budget Management, Public Accounting, Expenditure and Revenue Chain Management, Business Management, Production Planning and Management
• Strong business dimension and good analytical skills

• Project management experience (especially for Management profiles)

Job Description

To support its strong growth and the development of its activities, we are looking for several Functional Consultants for Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions. The scope of our current projects and new signings leads us to seek all types of profiles:

• Experienced Consultants (up to 5 years of ERP experience)
• Senior Consultants (more than 5 years)
• Consultant Managers

The business dimension of candidates and a good analytical capacity are important assets to support our clients in their IT transformation projects.

Within the constantly growing ERP division, currently composed of over 100 consultants, you will be involved in the following functions:

• Supervise and/or carry out missions in conjunction with the business and IT departments of our clients as part of their transformation.
• Mastery of one or more of the following areas is desired: Finance, Accounting and Management, Budget Management, Public Accounting, mastery of expenditure and revenue chains, Business Management, Production Planning and Management.
• Successful experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions is expected.

Qualifications

• With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university education), you have at least 2 years of experience in projects in an AMOA/MOE role, having contributed to the different phases of definition and implementation of Oracle ERPs.
• Project management experience is desired, especially for candidates with a Management profile.
