Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will be a technical leader, bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring robust and scalable architectures. You will guide development teams, influence technical decisions, and elevate architecture practices across projects, contributing to digital transformation for clients.

Must Have

• Design and document high-level solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and constraints
• Define implementation guidelines and ensure adherence throughout development
• Collaborate with customers to prioritize architectural characteristics and validate decisions via Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Inspect codebases for compliance with architecture standards and provide corrective guidance
• Support pre-sales activities and deliver compelling solution presentations articulating business value
• Mentor development teams, fostering technical growth and best practices
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within communities and continuously improve architecture frameworks
• Experience as a Software/Solution Architect with proven expertise in cloud and software architecture
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, API gateways
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS (Compute, Storage, PaaS, Serverless)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and Agile SDLC
• Proficiency in Angular, React.js, Node.js, ASP.Net MVC, or Spring
• Advanced consulting skills
• Business process analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership without direct authority

Good to Have

• AWS Solution Architect (Associate/Professional) certification
• DevOps certifications

What we need to see from you

• Experience as a Software/Solution Architect with proven expertise in cloud and software architecture.

• Technical Skills:
• Programming: C#, Java, or JavaScript
• Service Development: RESTful APIs, Microservices, API gateways
• Cloud Platforms: Azure or AWS (Compute, Storage, PaaS, Serverless)
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• DevSecOps practices and Agile SDLC experience

• Frameworks: Angular, React.js, Node.js, ASP.Net MVC, Spring (one or more).

• Certifications: AWS Solution Architect (Associate/Professional) or DevOps certifications preferred.

• Soft Skills: Advanced consulting, business process analysis, strong communication, and leadership without direct authority.
