Pega Architect (CLSA)

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong hands-on experience in Pega Infinity/Constellation platform (8.x or above). The role requires deep knowledge of Case Management, Data Pages, Integration Services, UI/UX, and performance tuning. Candidates should have 5+ years of Pega development and architecture experience, including leading complex implementations. This is a hybrid remote position based in Bangalore, India.

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience to Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above)
• Deep knowledge of Case Management
• Deep knowledge of Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling
• Deep knowledge of Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors)
• Deep knowledge of UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos)
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture
• Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations

Good to Have

• Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience testing applications in Banking domain

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience to Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above).
• Deep knowledge of:
• Case Management
• Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling
• Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors)
• UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos)
• Decisioning basics (if applicable)
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Certifications
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification – Required
• CSA and CSSA certifications (expected prerequisites)
• Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture
• Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience testing applications in Banking domain.
