Pega Smart Dispute Tester

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a Pega Smart Dispute Tester to join their team in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid remote work model. The role involves testing Pega PRPC, Smart Dispute Framework, and Pega Case Management components. Candidates should have strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle and experience in manual testing, preferably with banking or financial services domain knowledge.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and Smart Dispute Framework
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management
• Experience testing rules, flows, activities, and UI components
• Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience in manual testing
• Ability to write clear test cases and test reports

Good to Have

• Understanding of dispute processes (chargebacks, claims, fraud disputes)
• Automation testing experience
• Banking or Financial Services domain knowledge
• Payments, Cards, or Transaction Dispute Management domain knowledge
