The Senior Market Strategy Manager will assist the VP and campus business lead in setting annual development goals, business plans, and strategies for the university and campus operations department. Key responsibilities include tracking and evaluating business operations, providing performance analysis reports, diagnosing business health, and writing strategic proposals. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or above, strategic analysis experience in GBC business, excellent market insight, strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and copywriting skills.
Must Have
- Assist in formulating annual business development goals, plans, and strategies
- Track and evaluate business operations and strategic execution

- Responsible for writing strategic proposals for university and campus operations
- Bachelor's degree or above

- Education industry experience preferred
- Ability to be based in Hefei headquarters (preferred), or Beijing with initial 6-12 months in Hefei for learning and subsequent periodic business trips to Hefei

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Formulation: Assist the Vice President and campus business leader in formulating annual development goals, business plans, and business development strategies for the University Affairs & Campus Operations Department.
2. Strategy Operation: Continuously track and evaluate the operational performance and strategic execution of each team's university affairs business, regularly providing performance analysis reports and business optimization strategies.
3. Operational Analysis: Diagnose the health of university affairs and campus operations sub-businesses, guiding the business towards more effective transformation.
4. Special Project Writing: Responsible for writing strategic proposals for university affairs and campus operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, education industry experience preferred.
2. Possess strategic analysis experience in GBC-side business.
3. Excellent market insight and strategy formulation ability.
4. Strong communication skills, strong cross-team collaboration ability, and strong copywriting ability.
5. Preferably able to be based at Hefei headquarters; alternatively, based in Beijing but must be able to accept working and learning at Hefei headquarters for the first 6-12 months, followed by periodic business trips to Hefei.
