Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive management of scientific research projects and R&D platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and refining management systems, preparing and reviewing project applications, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from declaration to acceptance. The position also requires managing the construction and evaluation of R&D platforms, collecting industry technical information, and liaising with government departments and partners. Candidates should possess strong writing, communication, and coordination skills, be proficient in office software, and have a good understanding of relevant industry knowledge and government policies.
Must Have
- Develop and improve company's scientific research project and R&D platform management systems and processes.
- Organize the writing, review, modification, and finalization of scientific research project application materials.
- Manage and coordinate the declaration, review, approval, implementation, control, assessment, and acceptance of scientific research projects.
- Manage the declaration, construction, operation, evaluation, and annual summary of various levels of R&D platforms.
- Collect industry technical information.
- Liaise with relevant government departments and business contacts with cooperative units.

Skill Requirements:
1. Understand relevant industry knowledge such as mechanical manufacturing, metal materials, surface modification, and measuring instruments.
2. Understand management knowledge related to science and technology projects and R&D platforms.
3. Understand relevant science and technology policies of various levels of government.
4. Possess good material writing and review skills.
5. Proficient in Office and other office software.
6. Possess strong communication and coordination skills.
7. Possess strong self-learning and stress resistance abilities.
