Program Manager

The Program Manager at Pluralsight is responsible for planning and executing cross-functional projects, managing scope, schedule, risks, and issues to achieve business objectives. The role requires critical thinking, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include facilitating scope definition, maintaining schedules, conducting meetings, reporting progress, fostering stakeholder relationships, and proactively managing risks. Candidates need at least 3 years of project management experience in an Agile environment, with relevant certifications and knowledge of project management concepts.

• Professional certifications: CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management
• Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
