  • Professional certifications: CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional projects and programs. Program Managers actively manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives and value.

The successful candidate is capable of critical thinking as well as strong communication. They are skilled at interacting with and influencing project team members and stakeholders. Problem solving skills and good judgement and decision making are essential.

What you’ll do:

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Project management experience in an Agile environment.
  • Professional certifications: CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
