The Director Portfolio Integration leads cross-segment solution development and integration for the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group. This role involves translating long-term portfolio strategy into short- and mid-term plans, collaborating with various departments like Innovation, R&D, and Marketing to ensure aligned execution. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end solution development from concept to launch, managing P&L for integration initiatives, and leveraging market intelligence to identify new opportunities and drive portfolio growth.

Must Have

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and product launches.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of hardware and software product development, quality and reliability practices.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • Reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.

Job Description

The Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Director / Segment Leader, Respiratory Therapies, and collaborating closely with global and regional leaders to drive portfolio integration and business growth.

Your Role:

  • Lead the development and integration of cross-segment solutions, translating long-term portfolio strategy into executable short- and mid-term plans aligned with category roadmaps and global business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary interface across Innovation, R&D, Design, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Global Sales to ensure aligned execution and delivery of holistic, integrated solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end development of integrated solutions from concept through launch, optimizing performance, cost, quality, time-to-market, and overseeing lifecycle management and market readiness through PDLM.
  • Own P&L accountability for portfolio integration initiatives, including business case development, pricing and margin optimization, channel strategy, clinical and differentiating claims, and global commercial alignment.
  • Lead market intelligence, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify new solution opportunities and translate insights into actionable solution requirements that drive mid- and long-term portfolio growth.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or portfolio leadership within high-tech, healthcare, or med-tech environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, integrated solution development, market segmentation, and product and competitive strategy across complex, multi-segment organizations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and product launches while balancing feature scope, cost, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence global stakeholders and inspire teams to deliver differentiated, market-leading solutions.
  • Deep understanding of hardware and software product development, quality and reliability practices, and experience working effectively across global, cross-functional, and cross-segment environments.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (Murrysville, PA) is $157,500 to $252,000.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
