You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.
You will:
- Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
- Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
- Perform final packaging operations.
- Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
Key Requirements:
- 1 years of recent manufacturing experience
- Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs
- Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
- Attention to detail

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
- 1st shift 5:30am – 2:30pm
- 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm + shift differential
- Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
