We have an opportunity for a Revenue Growth Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, a passion for turning data into insights, and the ability to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to help shape our growth analytics.
You will:
- Analyze commercial data (sales performance, pricing, customer behavior, market trends) to identify growth opportunities and revenue optimization strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and product/channel performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, pricing trends, and market share.
- Conduct margin and profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment to inform pricing and product strategies.
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with commercial insights and data modeling.
- Collaborate with Product Management to evaluate new product launches and track commercial success metrics.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and demand patterns that inform cross-sell, upsell, or new market opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and commercial data across systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, commercial finance, sales analytics, or a similar role in a product or manufacturing business.
- Experience supporting commercial teams with data-driven insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, financial models).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar for querying data from CRM, ERP, and BI systems.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP).
- Business acumen with a strong understanding of revenue drivers and market dynamics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach.
