Job Summary
Rambøll is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the North Region to oversee the operational management of 5 offices in Mid-North Jutland, serving over 900 Rambøll colleagues and 10 sub-tenants. This role involves implementing long-term, innovative, and efficient Facility Management solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing all outsourced local services, including stationary and mobile services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes, optimizing operations, and managing budgets for the assigned locations.
Must Have
- Daily responsibility for the operation of two offices in relation to internal stakeholders, service providers, sub-tenants, and authorities
- Ensure that processes for the locations run smoothly in collaboration with service providers and relevant stakeholders
- Navigate a political environment and be skilled at promoting ideas and initiatives
- Participate in local decision-making forums as a representative for GWM and local operations
- Optimize processes and operations in collaboration with colleagues and partners
- Support data analysis where necessary
- Follow up on FM service providers to ensure progress on tasks and minor projects
- Ensure financial follow-up and adherence to budgets
- Follow up on surveys and support the preparation of action plans
- Quality assurance of processes and service deliveries via agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Undertake minor projects independently and larger projects with assistance from project managers
- Participate in the on-call duty scheme for the locations
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Facility Management, contract management, and relevant education
- Proficiency in numbers, finance, and data-driven decision making
- Solid understanding of service contracts
- Structured, detail-oriented, and good at prioritizing
- Ability to understand and lead change processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Driver's license for a regular passenger car

Following a reorganization in our team, Rambøll is looking for a Senior Site Manager to operate our offices and implement solutions in collaboration with colleagues, key stakeholders, and other support functions.
Your responsibilities as Senior Site Manager (The Job)
You will have operational responsibility for 5 offices in Mid-North Jutland, which provide the framework for more than 900 Rambøll colleagues and our sub-tenant's 10 employees. Furthermore, you will be ultimately responsible on the client side for all outsourced local services, including stationary and mobile services. You will be supported daily by our national operations manager and your other colleagues in Global Workplace Management (GWM).
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Be daily responsible for the operation of the two offices in relation to internal stakeholders, service providers, sub-tenants, and authorities
- Ensure that processes for the locations run smoothly in collaboration with our service providers and relevant stakeholders
- Be able to navigate a political environment and be skilled at selling your (and GWM's) good ideas and initiatives
- Participate in local decision-making forums as a representative for GWM and local operations
- Optimize processes and operations in collaboration with your colleagues and partners
- Support the analysis of data material where necessary
- Follow up on our FM service providers as needed to ensure progress on tasks and minor projects
- Ensure financial follow-up and that budgets are adhered to
- Follow up on surveys and support the preparation of action plans
- Quality assurance of processes and service deliveries via agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Undertake minor projects independently and larger projects with assistance from our project managers
- Participate in the on-call duty scheme for the locations in collaboration with suppliers and relevant colleagues.
Note: Some travel activity (approx. 5-10 days per year) across our other locations in Denmark should be expected.

Your profile:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Facility Management, contract management, and relevant education
- A flair for numbers, finance, and takes pride in being data-driven in your decisions
- Solid understanding of service contracts in a broad sense
- Has an overview, is structured, detail-oriented, and has good prioritization skills
- Structured by nature, thorough, and likes to plan ahead
- Can understand and lead change processes
- English is our corporate language, and you must therefore be able to formulate yourself in English both in writing and speech at a good level
- Natural assertiveness and ability to operate at multiple organizational levels. Concrete management experience will be seen as an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good at building relationships and has a strong willingness to collaborate
- You are a very experienced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, as well as other relevant applications

As the position involves driving between several different locations, it will be a requirement to possess a driver's license for a regular passenger car.
