Job Summary
Trek Bicycle is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the Southwest / North Bavaria region in Germany. This full-time, remote role involves managing and developing relationships with specialist dealers, optimizing their sales and service competencies, and actively selling Trek products. The successful candidate will analyze market potential, strengthen dealer performance, and expand market share, reporting directly to the D-A-CH Sales Manager. The role requires a strategic, results-oriented individual with strong sales experience and a passion for cycling.
Must Have
- Analyze market potential and develop concepts to increase market share.
- Provide strategic operational consulting to optimize sales and service competencies of specialist dealers.
- Offer personal support and further development of existing dealers with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Actively sell products and support with product presentation and assortment design on site.
- Proficient in digital CRM tools.
- Possess in-depth industry knowledge and basic technical knowledge in the bicycle and e-bike sector.
- Native German speaker.
- Good English knowledge.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%).
Good to Have
- Experience in field service, preferably with a focus on sales or operational consulting.

Territory Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Southwest / North Bavaria Region (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Bavaria)
As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for the success of our specialist dealers in your area. With strategic foresight, consulting expertise, and strong sales skills, you optimally position our brands in the market. You create enthusiasm for our products, strengthen dealer performance, and sustainably expand market share.
You support our specialist dealers on-site and report directly to the Sales Manager D-A-CH. The company headquarters for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland is located in Dübendorf (CH) near Zurich.
Even if you work independently, you are a team player who values exchange within the company.
Your main tasks:
Customer Support / Sales / Business Consulting
- Analysis of market potential and development of concepts for targeted increase of our market shares.
- Strategic business consulting for optimizing the sales and service competencies of our specialist dealers.
- Personal support and further development of existing dealers with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Active sales of our products and support with product presentation and assortment design on site.

Professional
- High affinity for sports

- Proficient in digital CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales experience.
- In-depth industry knowledge and basic technical knowledge in the bicycle and e-bike sector.
- Above-average customer engagement and professional communication.
- Experience in field service, preferably with a focus on sales or operational consulting, is an advantage.
