CAE UAE is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales in the UAE defense sector. This role involves identifying and securing high-value training and mission support opportunities, building relationships with the UAE Armed Forces and industry partners, and driving winning proposals. The manager will also champion industrial participation, collaborate with internal teams on innovative solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records to support strategic growth and expansion in the region.
Must Have
- Background in armed forces, MoD, or procurement agency
- Experience in "face-to-the-end-user" sales in UAE
- Proven success in building defense customer relationships
- Proven success in securing major aerospace/defense program wins
- Strong network in UAE defense ecosystem
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strategic mindset for capture strategies and competitive opportunities
- Fluent in English

CAE UAE is seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales initiatives in the UAE. What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Growth: Work side-by-side with the Country Manager to identify, pursue, and secure high-value training and mission support opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to CAE’s leadership and expansion in the region.
- Build Powerful Relationships: Engage with the UAE Armed Forces, procurement agencies, OEMs, and suppliers. Your network will be key to achieving significant order intake and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive Winning Proposals: Take charge of B2B and B2G opportunities from prospecting to contract award, ensuring every proposal is a winner.
- Champion Industrial Participation: Develop and negotiate effective offset strategies, liaise with authorities, and forge partnerships with local suppliers and academic institutions.
- Innovate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and communications teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and elevate the CAE brand through strategic events and presentations.
- Stay Connected: Ensure seamless alignment across business units and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Your reporting will inform key stakeholders and drive business decisions.
What You Bring
- Operational Expertise: You have a background in the armed forces, MoD, or procurement agency, and thrive in “face-to-the-end-user” sales environments in the UAE.
- Proven Success: Your track record includes building influential defense customer relationships and securing major aerospace/defense program wins.
- Industry Connections: You’re enthusiastic about engaging with customers and have a strong network in the UAE defense ecosystem.
- CRM Savvy: You know how to leverage CRM tools to maximize business opportunities.
- Strategic Mindset: You excel at developing capture strategies, shaping requirements, and understanding what it takes to win competitive opportunities.
- Autonomous & Multilingual: You work independently and communicate fluently in English; Arabic is a plus.
