Job Summary
Join CAE, a global leader in pilot training, for a 5-6 month internship starting February 2026. This role involves leading a digital transformation project to streamline regulatory compliance in flight simulation, automating certification workflows, and digitalizing tasks. You will also support the engineering team with test flights and preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art flight simulators, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, shift-based environment.
Must Have

We are looking for Intern to join us for 5-6 months starting February 2026.

Lead a Digital Transformation Project:

Hands-On Experience:
Spend half your time driving your own project, and the other half working alongside our engineering support team—keeping 20 state-of-the-art flight simulators flying for top airlines by performing test flights and preventive maintenance
Flexible & Exciting Work Environment:
Experience shift work in a fast-paced setting. You'll rotate through early, late, and night shifts, gaining insight into the real-world operations that keep aviation running smoothly. There are 3 shifts - early shift (0630 – 1430), late shift (1430 – 2230) and night shift (2230 – 0630)
What You'll Do
Automate Certification Processes:
Help design and implement systems that track certification deadlines and trigger smart notifications, making compliance effortless.
Digitalize Workflows:
Replace manual tracking with automated solutions for regulatory tasks, certification dossiers, and quarterly activities.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Work closely with technical and compliance teams to set up, test, and validate new digital tools and processes.
Support the engineering team in their daily tasks
Including: customer support, preventive maintenance on the simulators and solving simulator deficiencies.
