The Finance & Business Management Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. This role involves preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, supporting financial planning activities, developing accurate forecasts, evaluating operational cost price, monitoring financial performance, and supporting key financial meetings. The analyst will also work closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and conduct complex financial analysis to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A
  • Skills include financial modeling, forecasting and budget management
  • Degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration
  • Avid user of Excel and Power BI

Good to Have

  • Experience in SAP

Finance & Business Management analyst - MEX

The Finance & Business Management Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Your role:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, supporting financial planning activities, and developing accurate forecasts.
  • Evaluate operational cost price, monitor financial performance, support key financial meeting, and work closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A.
  • Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting and budget management.
  • You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration.
  • You’re an avid user of Excel and Power BI. Experience in SAP is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role in Huixquilucan, MEX.
