Job Summary

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor at Philips will lead a team of 10-15 direct reports in a cardiac telemetry service center for ECG Solutions. Must Have

  • 1+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years’ of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent
  • Active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification
  • High technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Adept at working across various technological platforms and adapting to change
  • Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills
  • Able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
  • Energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills
  • Capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible
  • Strong listening and patience
  • US work authorization
  • Reside in or within commuting distance to Norfolk, VA

Job Description

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product.

Your role:

  • Oversee scheduling, performance, and daily operations of Clinical Wireless employees, ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching, while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Work closely within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to track key performance indicators, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Availability/shift requirements:

  • As a 24/7/365 operation, open availability is required, including rotating days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. While preferred shifts will be taken into consideration, final scheduling is based on business needs and cannot be guaranteed.

The current shift schedules are as follows:

  • 1:00pm-11:30pm EST
  • 3:00pm-11:30pm EST
  • 4:00pm-2:30am EST

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 1+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years’ of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
  • You have an active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification.
  • Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

This role is eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus for candidates possessing a CRAT or CCT certification, with at least 1 year of ECG interpretation experience, and who successfully pass the internal ECG assessment conducted post-offer.

The pay range for this position in Norfolk, VA is $62,250 to $99,600.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
