Job Summary

The Administrative BP Intern will assist with departmental cultural activities, manage administrative expenses, procure office and welfare supplies, and organize company events and meetings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in management or HR, proficiency in Office software, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is an internship position with no conversion opportunity.

Must Have

  • Assist with departmental cultural activities to create a vibrant workplace
  • Responsible for daily administrative expense review, reimbursement, and vendor management
  • Responsible for procurement of office supplies, daily welfare items, and holiday welfare distribution
  • Assist with company event reception and meeting organization
  • Undertake other related departmental work
  • Bachelor's degree or above, in management or human resources related major
  • Proficient in Office software, Excel, and PPT
  • Meticulous, data-sensitive, with independent problem-solving ability
  • Good logical thinking, innovation, communication, and organizational coordination skills
  • Able to start work as soon as possible, intern for four months or more

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in departmental cultural activities to create a vibrant and distinctive workplace environment.

2. Responsible for the review and reimbursement of daily administrative expenses, and vendor expense management and liaison.

3. Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, daily welfare items, and the distribution of holiday benefits and other employee care-related work.

4. Assist in company event reception and meeting organization.

5. Undertake other related departmental work.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in management, human resources, or related majors.

2. Proficient in Office software, proficient in Excel and PPT.

3. Meticulous and detail-oriented, sensitive to data, with the ability to solve problems independently.

4. Possess good logical thinking ability and innovative consciousness, good communication skills, and organizational coordination skills.

5. Able to start work as soon as possible, intern for four months or more, with preference given to those who can intern for a longer period.

Note: This is an internship position with no opportunity for full-time conversion.
