Must Have
- Greet clients, tenants, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and route incoming calls; take messages when needed
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and distribute notices, letters, and correspondence
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist management with various office tasks as needed
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and reliable work habits
