Must Have

  • Greet clients, tenants, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take messages when needed
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and distribute notices, letters, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist management with various office tasks as needed
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and reliable work habits

Good to Have

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Experience ideally within property management or real estate
