Job Summary
This role is for a Sustaining Operations Program Manager focusing on Mac products. Responsibilities include leading OEM operations for new product ramps, driving readiness with engineering and operations teams, managing capacity and factory equipment budgets, and collaborating with planning and materials teams to ensure supply meets demand. The successful candidate will also manage operations communications, resolve conflicts, and lead initiatives to improve product quality, cost, and delivery. International travel is required.
Must Have
- Lead Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing new product ramps
- Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams
- Plan capacity and manage multi-million dollar factory equipment budget
- Collaborate with Planning, and Materials teams to drive supply according to demand
- Manage operations-related communications, advancing key issues and presenting resolution options to cross-functional executive teams
- Lead initiatives and projects that improve the Quality, Cost and Delivery of the product
- 5+ years experience in Operations management
- Bachelors Degree

Are responsible for ramp readiness, product launch and continuing operations through the ‘end of production’ of a program(s). You will influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and maximum flexibility while stewarding the outstanding product quality expected of products. A successful OPM excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; leads through relationships and influence; and displays grace under pressure.

- International travel required 25%
- 5+ years experience in Operations management
- Bachelors Degree

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,400 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Employees also have the opportunity to become a shareholder through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
