Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that may arise. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Leading and managing delivery of medium to complex projects and programs - Planning: timelines, milestones, resources, and work breakdown - Financial management and cost control - Stakeholder management - Risk management - Strong leadership and communication skills" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate. - A 15 years full time education is required.
