Job Summary
The RTR Supervisor will lead a team, overseeing task-related activities, ensuring strong process governance, and reporting daily operations. This role involves proactive communication with management, analyzing information, and driving continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and automation. The supervisor is responsible for performance management, preparing management reports, and fostering collaborative relationships with customers. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 6-8 years of RTR process experience, and 4-5 years of team leadership are essential, along with strong communication, ERP knowledge, and data analytics skills.

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Supervises task related activities in the team.
- Strong process governance & reporting of daily operation.
- Proactive and constant communication with management to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.
- Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution).
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate valuable information to management.
- Needs to understand and control the entire process and ensure the team members are following processes correctly.
- Exercises independent judgment in handling various scenarios.
- Drives Continuous Improvement, focusing on simplification, standardization and automation.
- Responsible for developing and monthly tracking for all aspects of performance management: setting expectations/goals, observing, coaching, counselling, and giving rewards.
- Assist the RTR Tower Manager in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis.
- Motivates and persuades team to achieve common goals.
- Has the ability to deliver through managing people.
- Managing cross-functional projects as well as across regions within GBS.
- Form strong collaborative relationship with the customers.
- Perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior or to meet management needs.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree required / Accounting/ Finance related background.
- 6-8 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills.
- 4-5 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Working knowledge of ERP’s.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong improvement process skills.
- Data Analytics skills.
