Stord is seeking a Senior Program Manager, M&A Integrations to join its Corporate Development team. This role is crucial for translating acquisitions into successful operational integrations, ensuring the full value of Stord’s investments. The manager will lead complex, cross-functional integrations across product, technology, finance, operations, and people, and will also partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to shape integration strategy and readiness. The position requires strategic thinking and operational rigor to build structure, lead workstreams, and influence senior leaders for measurable outcomes.

Must Have

  • 5-10 years of experience in program management, corporate development, consulting, or operations strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end M&A integrations or major cross-functional programs.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and drive accountability across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to interpret financial models, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
  • High attention to detail with proven success in building scalable frameworks, project structures, and playbooks.

Good to Have

  • Direct experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, or supply chain/logistics technology environments.
  • Familiarity with systems and process integrations across Finance, HRIS, ERP, and WMS platforms.
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and dashboarding tools (Domo, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Exposure to pre-close diligence and integration readiness assessments.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager, M&A Integrations to join our growing Corporate Development team. This role is instrumental in ensuring that each acquisition translates from strategy to successful operational integration — realizing the full value of Stord’s investment.

As a senior member of the M&A Integration team, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional integrations spanning product, technology, finance, operations, and people. You will not only drive execution of the integration plan but also serve as a thought partner to Corporate Development during due diligence, shaping integration strategy and readiness. Your work will directly influence how Stord scales its M&A capabilities and delivers synergy value across acquired businesses.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor. You’ll build structure out of ambiguity, lead multiple workstreams, and influence senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across teams.

This position reports directly to the Head of M&A Integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Complex End-to-End Integrations:

Own the integration strategy and execution for high-impact acquisitions — from diligence and pre-close readiness through full post-close integration and handover.

  • Shape Integration Strategy:

Partner with Corporate Development pre-close to assess integration risks, resource requirements, and synergy capture opportunities, influencing deal design and post-close plans.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution:

Lead and align workstreams across Product, Finance, Sales, Technology, and Operations, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, and progress tracking.

  • Manage Synergy Realization:

Quantify, track, and report on strategic and financial synergies identified during diligence, ensuring alignment with executive sponsors and Finance on value realization.

  • Create Scalable Playbooks:

Evolve and mature Stord’s integration playbook — standardizing best practices, templates, and governance structures to support repeatable M&A success.

  • Ensure Executive Visibility & Accountability:

Deliver structured updates to senior leadership, escalating critical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs with clarity and precision.

What We’re Looking For
