Job Summary
This position is responsible for 2-3 modules including finance, brand promotion, and human resources. Key responsibilities include managing company bank accounts, financial analysis, tax work, brand positioning and promotion, media communication, reputation risk management, corporate culture planning, and investor education. In human resources, tasks involve training activities, payroll, social security, housing fund, individual income tax, talent recruitment, and employee relations management. Must Have

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for two to three modules of the company's finance, brand promotion, and human resources:
1. Finance: Responsible for the company's bank and other financial institution account management, voucher review, fund collection and payment, daily ledger registration, bank reconciliation, bill management, proprietary fund investment, financial analysis, tax work, etc.
2. Brand Promotion: Responsible for the company's brand positioning, promotion, and image building, maintaining and operating internal and external communication channels, establishing media communication mechanisms, carrying out reputation risk management, corporate culture and social responsibility planning and implementation, investor education activities, etc.
3. Human Resources: Conduct various training activities such as management cadre training, new employee training, and professional skills training; complete the calculation of employee salaries, bonuses, etc., and the withholding and payment of social security, housing fund, and individual income tax; organize talent recruitment and employee relations management.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for those majoring in Human Resources, Finance, New Media, Chinese Language and Literature, Accounting, and other related fields.
2. Strong logical thinking, learning ability, and stress resistance, strong communication and coordination skills, affinity, and a sense of responsibility.
