Job Summary

The HR Management Trainee will participate in the daily management activities of the human resources department, assist with employee recruitment, selection, and interview processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of employee training programs. They will also help with performance evaluations, incentive measure design, and handle employee relations and daily HR communication.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the daily management activities of the enterprise's human resources department.

2. Assist in employee recruitment, selection, and interview processes.

3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of employee training plans.

4. Assist in employee performance evaluation and the design and implementation of related incentive measures.

5. Handle employee relations and daily HR communication.
