Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for talent recruitment for business departments, timely meeting the human resource needs of business departments.
2. Organize and implement the company's campus recruitment.
3. Identify business needs and organizational pain points, provide effective human resource solutions for the responsible business departments, and organize their implementation.
4. Responsible for industry construction and management in a specific field of human resources.
5. Practice the company's core values, build communication channels, create a good cultural atmosphere, and ensure the continuous healthy growth of the organization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of human resources work experience.
2. Possess more than 2 years of practical experience in social recruitment or campus recruitment and achieved good performance.
3. Familiar with national and regional laws, regulations, and policies in relevant aspects.
4. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, responsible, principled, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company, and able to withstand greater work pressure.
