The Production Deputy General Manager will oversee production, process, equipment, and quality operations. Key responsibilities include managing production plans, allocating resources, ensuring quality control, implementing lean manufacturing, and driving automation. Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Overall management of production, process, equipment, quality, and other production operation sectors.

2. Overall management of production planning, breaking down production tasks, allocating personnel, equipment, venues, and other production resources to meet capacity demands.

3. Implement in-process quality control, material control, and on-site SOP control, coordinating with various departments to promptly resolve issues in production.

4. Implement lean production, improve production efficiency, and control production costs; continuously promote the informatization construction and automation upgrade of the production system.

5. Organize the application and promotion of new technologies, new processes, new procedures, and new equipment, and manage projects effectively.

6. Responsible for system control and safety management to ensure orderly production operations.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership on time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, engineering major, proficient in office software.

2. 5 years or more of experience in the same position, with practical management experience in systematic lean management, warehouse management, quality management, and financial management; experience in the custom home furnishing industry is preferred.

3. Experience with TQM, production information management, 5S improvement practical experience, and production planning.
