Job Summary
The Product Manager – Digital Signage defines and drives the product strategy for digital signage solutions. This role involves the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring offerings meet market demands and deliver value. The manager translates customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals into actionable product initiatives to accelerate growth and innovation in digital signage.
Must Have

- 3+ years of product management experience in digital signage, display systems, or related domains.
- Demonstrated experience working in agile development environments.
- Experience engaging directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for building structured, visually effective presentations.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with AV integration, media management, and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with Jira Product Discovery.

This role blends strategic insight with deep customer empathy and technical understanding of digital display ecosystems. Responsible for the full product lifecycle — from concept and design through development, launch, and iteration — the Product Manager ensures our digital signage offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers. The ideal candidate will connect customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals, translating them into clear, actionable product initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation in the digital signage domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for your product area aligned with company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Requirements Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, user needs, and use cases. Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements for your product area based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Create product roadmaps and manage the backlog effectively.
- Product Development: Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing the team insight on the product vision, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the initiative problem space, helping prioritize features, sharing stakeholder feedback with the team, and providing the team with insights around the product area usage, highlights, and challenges.
- Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our product portfolio. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales to drive product strategy, development, and delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Champion the voice of the customer throughout product development, advocating for their needs and preferences. Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that drive product enhancements and differentiation. Engage in ongoing dialogue with customers through surveys, interviews, usability tests, and other research methods to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Product Enablement: Assist with the development and implementation strategies for product enablement, including training programs, documentation libraries, and knowledge-sharing sessions, to empower internal teams, partners, and customers to effectively leverage our products and drive business success.
Technical Skills / Competencies
- Deep understanding of digital signage technologies, including CMS platforms, display hardware, media players, and content delivery networks
- Strong data orientation with proven ability to use analytics and customer insights to guide product strategy
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an innovative, customer-first mindset
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence across technical and business teams
- Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact in decision-making
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS or digital technology industries, with at least 3+ years of product management experience in digital signage, display systems, or related domains
- Demonstrated experience working in agile development environments and managing full product lifecycles
- Experience engaging directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams in high-growth technology environments
- Familiarity with AV integration, media management, and enterprise IT environments is a plus
- Proven success leading distributed teams across time zones and collaborating in global settings
- Knowledge across multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UX, marketing, and sales enablement
- Experience with Jira Product Discovery is a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for building structured, visually effective presentations.
