Job Summary

Ruby Seven is seeking a CRM Production Lead to manage daily campaign and lifecycle production for its global CRM program. This role involves leading CRM Associates, ensuring flawless execution across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels, and maintaining alignment with the U.S.-based CRM Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, strong leadership, and a background in gaming or casino environments, focusing on precision and timely delivery.

Must Have

  • Manage daily campaign and lifecycle builds across Email, Push, In-App, and SMS channels.
  • Lead, assign, and review tasks for the CRM Associates.
  • Execute campaign setups, segmentation, and dynamic content within the CRM platform.
  • Perform thorough QA on all builds, including creative assets, targeting, tokens, and links.
  • Maintain build trackers, QA logs, and handoff reports.
  • Execute and manage campaigns in CleverTap or other major CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, etc.).
  • Oversee tagging, segmentation, and event logic to maintain data accuracy.
  • Partner closely with the Senior CRM & Social Manager for daily workflow management and team direction.
  • Work collaboratively with the CRM Ops Manager to align execution with lifecycle strategy and QA standards.
  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM operations or campaign production.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in gaming or casino CRM (social, mobile, or real-money).
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, timing, and data integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven CRM Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day campaign and lifecycle production within our global CRM program. This role works under the Senior CRM & Social Manager to lead a team of CRM Associates and ensure flawless campaign execution across all digital channels.

The CRM Production Lead serves as the executional lead for the India CRM team – managing workflow, enforcing QA standards, and maintaining seamless alignment with the U.S.-based CRM Operations Manager to ensure every campaign and journey is delivered accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on CRM experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to operate in gaming or casino environments where precision and speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Production & Execution

  • Manage daily campaign and lifecycle builds across Email, Push, In-App, and SMS channels.
  • Lead, assign, and review tasks for the CRM Associates to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Execute campaign setups, segmentation, and dynamic content within the CRM platform.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet global standards and align with the CRM Operations Manager’s specifications.

Quality Assurance & Workflow

  • Perform thorough QA on all builds, including creative assets, targeting, tokens, and links.
  • Maintain build trackers, QA logs, and handoff reports to provide transparency to both India and U.S. teams.
  • Identify process inefficiencies or recurring errors and recommend improvements.
  • Uphold consistent build documentation and process discipline across the India CRM team.

Platform & Process Expertise

  • Execute and manage campaigns in CleverTap (preferred) or other major CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, etc.).
  • Oversee tagging, segmentation, and event logic to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Ops Manager to implement new templates, triggers, and test frameworks.
  • Ensure version control and consistent use of CRM naming and tagging conventions.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with the Senior CRM & Social Manager for daily workflow management and team direction.
  • Work collaboratively with the CRM Ops Manager to align execution with lifecycle strategy and QA standards.
  • Provide concise daily updates on build progress, blockers, and completed deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly across time zones to ensure smooth global handoffs.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM operations or campaign production.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap or similar platforms (Braze, SFMC, Airship, etc.).
  • Prior experience in gaming or casino CRM (social, mobile, or real-money).
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, timing, and data integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
