Client is seeking a strategic and experienced Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager to develop and execute the data product strategy for their Revenue Cycle. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to release, collaborating with various teams, and using data-driven decisions to inform strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data products, deep understanding of the revenue cycle, and proven leadership abilities.
Must Have
- Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle, ensuring alignment with Ascension's business goals
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements, and feature prioritization
- Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to foster empowered product teams and enable go-to-market strategies
- Use user research, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy and measure success
- Guide and mentor Product Owners and their teams
- Stay current with industry trends to inform future product direction
- Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake)
- Experience building enterprise data warehouses
- Experience leading technology transformation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

- Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner)
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR
- 2+ years of people management experience

Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager Client is seeking a strategic and experienced Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the data product strategy for our Revenue Cycle.
