Must Have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized documentation of project work
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint

The Impact:

As a Sr. Specialist in Technical Project Management, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial business initiatives. You will assist in delivering enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring that our stakeholders receive innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Your contributions will be essential in your own project portfolio and as you provide support to your Sr. Project Manager lead in program management.

In this position, you will help facilitate communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders, aligning project objectives with business goals. Your ability to understand and translate technical requirements into actionable plans will enable our business units to leverage technology effectively, contributing to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your understanding of project management methodologies and problem-solving skills will assist in navigating challenges, helping to deliver projects on time and within budget.

By supporting best practices in project execution and stakeholder engagement, you will play a key role in enhancing our organization's capacity to innovate and adapt in a dynamic commercial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective project team and cross-functional interactions.
  • Create projects, determine project teams, identify goals, and map out deliverables to drive projects to successful execution.
  • Construct and maintain cross-functional integrated project plans, including project timelines, RAID logs, and action items.
  • Perform project risk assessments to ensure team deliverables are being appropriately tracked and met. This could include the development of any necessary risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and potentially escalate project issues to ensure effective resolution in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate the impact of project activities/deliverables across the team portfolio and where there may be points of synergy or conflict.
  • Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure and support effective project related decision making.
  • Develop and implement metrics for project performance.
  • Work closely with project team leaders, cross functional team members and functional leadership.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with project team members and functional partners.

What We are Looking For:

  • A strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives to completion against risks and schedule constraints.
  • Intermediate understanding of project management methods, tools, and reporting.
